Not notified of back order..still no refund

I ordered a swimsuit 30 days ago.. i finally find out today only because i contacted them; that it was discontinued. They then issue me a store credit. i advised them i dont want a store credit; i want a refund. i was told i wouldnt get it for 30 more days.. she also raised her voice and was VERY rude to me. I would NEVER order from them again. awful customer service. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. If i had not contacted them, i wouldve never known my bikini was discontinued and they would have kept the money.

They are also Netbrands inc of Houston. Too bad the govt wont do their jobs and put these people in prison where they belong.

Took My Money!!!

I had a photo shoot on the 11th..........so i ordered from them on the 3rd on the order said would ship in 3-4 business days.....Got an email on the 6th saying shipped thought nothing of it till i got an email saying that it wasn't going to be delivered till the 11th the day of the photo shoot......called them up they said there was nothing that they could do.....so when i got the goods i called and said i wanted to return them they said to return to sender and not open the package.......well i did that and now they say there is nothing they can do because i don't have a tracking number they also said it was 5-7 business days for shipping because is didn't pay the extra shipping i told her thats not what it said on the website she then said it was in the fine print. So i said what tracking number you said to return to sender? Their response is sorry there is nothing they can do so now i have not goods and I'm out $117!!!!! Such disrespect and poor customer service when i asked them why didn't they mail a return to sender label in the package she changed the topic!!!!! I told them they need a different return policy because the one they have is shady!!!!!!! On the length of time it took to get the package they said they were closed at the time they took the order and that they couldn't ship it till monday funny since they sure had the time to charge my credit card on the friday!!! Just don't buy from them!!!!

Lost my $$

Returned items, only credited 2 and said the other one had a hair on it. So they kept it! Gave me a store credit for other items, so I ordered and now it's "out of stock" so they took my credit and I have nothing! Lost 150 bucks. I will never order again, and I will also make sure none of my friends do either. Horrible customer service. No reason why a business can't return your money in original form of payment. And if one of your items is out of stock, they just don't send you anything. Product is also poorly made!!

No Refund

My tems were on backorder for over 4 weeks. I opted to cancel the order and they will not release my full refund now. They initially responded to my ticket stating 3-4 business days. When that didn't happen I sent another email and they replied with be patient it can take about 5-7 business days. They will not return my shipping charges when my ticket clearly states they are to be refunded. Business is a scam. My total refund is over $40.00. They refunded $3.44 for an item that cost $3.95 plus shipping. They will not reply why the credit was for only $3.44.

Good luck spurst is the worst. Their customer service is a joke.

I placed two orders with them both were backordered and then the free gift they offered wasn't avaiable anymore.

Great plan let's offer a free gift for your business, backorder your original purchase and then tell you the free gift isn't available and is only offered while supplies last. Hey if you hadn't backorder my order maybe the gift was available.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They're HORRIBLE!

This is the most unprofessional company. Most of the items on their website are not available or back ordered! The customer service is HORRIBLE! They're one girl in particular that is very unhelpful and has a terrible attitude, her name is Alicia. Christina is also very rude, they seem to be the only two running that unsuccessful company. They tell their customers that "Their manager is not available" and then they lie and pretend to be managers and give off each other's emails for customers as if they are managers. BEWARE!!! I wish I would have read the MANY negative reviews before placing my order!

I ordered items over a month ago for a friends bridal shower. The item said it would ship in 1-2 weeks which was fine.

Here we are a month later and I have not received a confirmation email nor did I receive the items....but my credit card was billed.

I sent Spurst an email and got no response. I will never order from them again.

Employee's at spurst

My complaint is not about the product...granted I never did receive it. My complaint is about the customer service representative, the managers, and returns dept. If I knew I would be dealing with disrespectful, incompetent, simple minded, challenged people, I would have never purchased these items. I believe in keeping the customer happy and helping out as much as possible and if at the end of our conversation, I could not help them, then I know I will direct them to someone who can. I would not hang up on them, I would not be chewing gum or answering my cellphone while speaking to this customer, I would never raise my voice or start to argue with a customer, but then again I wasn't taught to act like a wild animal as it seems they were.

Returned items not accepted because I put 2 bags in one box and they claim they are stained

After fighting with Spurst to even get items shipped to me (same complaint as everyone - nothing in stock, return policy crazy, horrible customer service), I finally got 2 different shipments with my items. In the end I did not like either, so instead of shipping separately, I put them in their bags, and then put them into a UPS overnight box and sent it back. They are now refusing the return saying my items were not in the original box and also added that they were stained. They included a picture but I cannot see anything except a fault in the material. Don't know if they'll return the faulty items to me - it will take them a week to even reply (if they even do).

Sent wrong item - 4 months later still not fixed

I placed an order for 5 items October 12. They sent 4 items correctly and one wrong item. I let them know immediately when I received it and I included pictures. They asked questions, and I responded--multiple times. You have to submit an electronic "ticket," which they CLOSE if it is more than what seems to be 48 hours, so you have to start all over again. They asked for pictures again (all of this felt like stalling). I asked if they had the original item I ordered still, they said yes, but I would have to send the wrong item back first. I did (this is December) and told them when they received it, I wanted the right one sent. So January 22--I have heard nothing (because they closed the ticket again, right after I sent it). They now say that this item is sold out. Now I have half of a set, no refund, and this is four months later. Their communication (use of language) is poor, they ask the same questions repeatedly, do not see their own remarks--all they are interested in is taking your money and closing "tickets" - beware.

Spurst - worst online experience ever

A number of problems with Spurst: 1) Items are identified as in stock when they aren't; 2) No refunds issued for any reason; only store credit; 3) "in stock" items are still on back order four weeks after placing the order; 4) when given a choice between remaining on back order or taking a store credit, I chose to remain on back order; my order was cancelled instead with no refund issued; 5) called customer service twice, waited for 15 minutes both times, was cut off both times just after being informed that I was next in line. My sense is that the problems at Spurst aren't due to incompetence. My sense is that the company knows exactly what it's doing. Delay, delay, delay ... until you finally give up.

Cheap! Poorly manufactured! Horrible customer service!

Ordered almost three weeks before valentines day. First got notifications that some of my items were back ordered, didn't say that when I ordered them or I most certainly would not have purchased (how *** would that be). They argued that I knew they were back ordered when I purchased. Well I just got my order today 2/19/14.... Well part of it, I cancelled the back stock. The merchandise is very poorly made from Taiwan ( that's worse than china) .... Needless to say I won't purchase from them again. Buyer beware.....wish I would have checked for reviews before I purchased from this company. Can't believe they are still In business.

Terrible! terrible! terrible!

Not one good thing to say about this place. Took me a month to get a refunded of $11.99. Which was just my shipping fee. I have yet to get my refuned of $40.38. I wrote a "ticket" abouth both charges and they seem to have looked over my first charge. Well I guess you live and you learn. I dont hate many things but this place I HATE. Total rip off and I suggest no one shot here. nothing is in stock even when it says it is. Sprust even implied that I was the *** one who didn't know how to check the "whats in stock" section. When according to their stock, everything was in stock. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Takes three weeks to get one answer. Never again.

Charged me three of my orders

Spurst sent me and charged me three orders of my order but I only wanted one. Instead of calling in because I couldn't find a phone number, I had to submit a "ticket". In this ticket, you email back and forth with the customer service agent but each time it takes them days to respond. After waiting for a response for too long, the ticket closed and I had to start a new one. They told me I would have to pay shipping and I would "maybe" get my refund. Then they tried to blame the three orders on me. They also referred to a time where I called in and talked to a customer service agent but that never happened. This company has horrible customer service and if you want to end up paying $96.00 for a $32.00 order, this lingerie site is perfect for you. For your sake, take my advice and never shop here. There are far better sites and they have good customer service.

Never received my order!

An absolute nightmare. I ordered 3 items that were seemingly available until I checked out and paid. I got a confirmation email immediately listing each item as backordered with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still nothing, items are still on backorder. Customer service might as well be non-existent at this company. No refund, still haven't received my items. They need to realize that as customers, we've paid for a product and their responsibility is to either fulfill the order OR refund us- it's just that simple. I will never ever order again and have warned all my female friends and clients as well.

Will not refund very shady company

Ordered 6 items and returned 3 of them. I called first to make sure I could return them and the girl told me they could all be returned for a refund. This was October 9th and their site said it was delivered. UPS confirmed it. They said they were busy with Halloween and could not get to the refund. It is long past Halloween and still no refund and are now telling me that they are busy with the holiday season. I complained again and now they are saying they cant find the return. Basically they are hoping people give up so they don't have to give a refund or they just will not do it and this is their shady way of delaying to no avail. they also originally said they received the package but one of the dresses were not refundable after the girl told me it was before I sent it out, but they still claim they don't have the package. What a bunch of ***, do not ever buy anything from this place, just a bunch of headaches as I still have no refund since October 9th, 2013 and it is now Nov 26th, 2013. What a useless company.

TWO months and STILL on backorder?!?

I ordered items on November 15, 2013. One of the items I wanted (and paid for) was on backorder. I did not know this until it was already paid for...it stated in my shopping cart that the item was available. Item will be available in 2-3 weeks. Okie dokie. Anyways, time passed. Forgot all about it, until today. January 16, 2014. Looked up the status of my order and the item was still on backorder. Tried to credit my account to no avail. Called customer service. Waited on hold for several minutes until I was disconnected (not on my end). I called back. Finally was able to get a word in and just told the customer service representative to credit my account plus the 20%. No apology. I really wanted that bra.
