STRUNG ALONG AND LEFT EMPTY HANDED

Took my money but didn't deliver my goods. Placed my order on November 2nd and as of December 14 still had nothing to show for this agony. Finally spoke to customer service after being on hold for 15 minutes repeatedly being told I was the second caller with a 2 minute wait. Customer service rep. sounded like she'd just been in a police foot chase...I think this is really a dank ghetto basement distribution outfit, whom sit on the roadside waiting for product to fall off the truck. Never again. I'm suppose to receive my refund in 5 days..

Don't get sucked in to the Spurst website. It looks legite and well put together but it's obvious they're not.

I'll continue to use the tried and true online shopping websites....I wish I had found this site before I pushed the enter button on spursts site. I failed myself by not being a better consumer....we live and learn.

Ripped off

I ordered 4 items 2 of which were on back order. I canceled one item, 1 item ($10.00) was shipped and I received email saying the others would be shipped in 3-5 business days. Well 3 weeks later I canceled the back order items because they were now saying 2 weeks. I was charged $6.95 for shipping of the $10 item. I guess that is their way to force you to wait 6 months on back order items. Will never do business with them again, no one wants to wait an indefinite amount of time to receive their purchase.

Messed up order, rude costumer service

I ordered two outfits to celebrate my boyfriends 21st birthday. I ordered them on 3 day shipping. That cost $15 extra. On day 4 of my package not being here I called and complained. They told me that they would not refund my 3 day shipping charge unless I changed it to ground shipping. I told them that was unfair and I needed to talk to a manager. The first lady was quite rude. When I got on the phone with the manager i reexplained my situation and she told me the same thing. That they would not pay for my 3 day shipping and furthermore one of my purchases was on back order and wouldn't be shipped for 2 more weeks. When I asked why I wasn't notified of this she told me there was big red letter when I purchased. I told her there wasn't and she flat out told me that wasn't true and that "90, no 80% of our customers see the big red letters" I told her that then I was one of the 20% and wasn't aware an I would like for then to cancel my order that was on back order and just send the one ground shipping. This store is full of rude people and horrible customer service. Don't even byee going through the head ache of ordering from this. RUDE RUDE PEOPLE!

VERY misleading

This is hands down one of the shadiest companies ever. DO NOT order anything with the expectation that you'll be receiving it anytime soon. Every single item I ordered (6 items total) was backordered once they'd charged my card. Yes, charged not authorized. It took two weeks for any update and finally half my order shipped and fortunately, I was able to get a refund for the items still on backorder. To add to it, because the shipping took so long, the post office lost track of the package. Just really disappointing experience, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm just counting my purchase as a loss and moved on to legit companies.

Lied about shipping

I put in an order for a corset. The status of my package remained as "ready to ship" for days. When I contacted customer support they insisted that my package had already shipped. I continued to wait and wait, and finally I logged in one day to see the items that I had bought were on "backorder". So were they shipped or not? Apparently not. Waiting for them to come out of backorder would have dropped me out of protection from Paypal. I contacted Spurst to cancel my order and get my money back, but they ignored me. I've since filed a claim through Paypal, whom is handling everything for me now. If you want to try your luck order through Paypal only. At least you have 45 days of protection.

Backorder Listed AFTER Purchase Made

I knew I should have checked Pissed Consumer before making my purchase. I placed a very expensive order for several lingerie items, all of which were listed as IN STOCK at time of order. I gave my credit card information, received a confirmation Email and waited for my delivery. After a few days passed, I checked the website to see what the hold up was, only to see that the majority of my items were then dumped into "Backorder", which means none of my items will ship (unless I am willing to pay a hefty shipping fee!!) until ALL items are listed IN STOCK at the same time. Which, appears will take a miracle- as your in stock items will not be held for you while other items in your order are on backorder...

oh no...I JUST placed an order and got my confirmation email stating my stuff is on back order...Ugh I wish I would've checked the reviews before my purchase...I can't believe this company gets away with half the stuff I just read!! obviously not a legit company. I will NEVER deal with these clowns again.

Perfectly screwed for halloween

I recently ordered two outfits and some accessories from spurst on two day shipping last week for Halloween. Upon finding out after purchase the actual outfits were on back order I emailed them to cancel my order. A day later my accessories were shipped. Three days later I received an email letting me know that my remaining order, the outfits, were cancelled and I would get my refund in 7-10 business days. Thankfully after calling customer service I was offered a 10% of coupon thanks to what I told was a complete screw up on their part. I forgot to mention I did open the accessories assuming I would still be sent the outfits after not hearing anything for 4 days after trying to cancel. Needless to say I feel like they simply stole my money, slapped me in the face, then bent me over all with a big smile on their face. I would advise anyone considering a purchase from this company to simply assume the position if you intend to go through with it. Unfortunately they don't sell the items in which you can simply do it to yourself, it would have made less of a statement than freezing my money, canceling the main part of my order, and then giving me a coupon.

Spurst (The company that screws you )

I ordered a corset for my girlfriend, I thought i was getting a ok price and i never orderderd from this site before. Well the order took a little longer then expected but that was not the issue. When the package did finally come we were excited, my girlfriend put it on, and this was not our first corset, so when she went to turn around to let me tighten it i noticed a rip in the seam! Then when she took it off i found three more rips in it at differnt seams!!! And that they were shipping it back to me at my expense !!! So then i went back on the site and followed the instructions on the return to the T. After a week of exchanging emails they tell me to ship it back. Now another week later they send me a email saing my return was rejected due to " Package Not In Original Package " The only thing that was not there was the clear, unmarked, plain plastick bag that it was in that i had to rip open to get the clothing out. This site is a RIP OFF ! They are using a loop hole to get over on people and have poor customer service. I spent about $90.00 + S&H + S&H for the return.so im out over $100.00. Its a tuff lesson, and they will never see another penny from me!

Worst Customer Service EVER

Spurst has the WORST customer service I've EVER encountered. I ordered a bustier from them which was obviously too large once I received it. I sent it back immediately without even trying it on. They did not accept the return because they said there was deodorant stains on it. FALSE!!! They said they would call me at a specific date and time to discuss the matter, they called me 4 days later. I finally gave up going back and forth with them and told them to just ship the product back to me, then they wanted to charge me for shipping! There was ABSOLUTELY no reason to reject my return in the first place, AND then to charge me to ship it back to me, NO WAY! Very pissed off, I called them and the manager agreed to waive the shipping fee. I will NEVER buy from the company again.

Ordered May 3 with 3 day shipping PRODUCTS NOT SENT as of 06/04/13

I ordered 136.00 worth of lingerie for my husbands birthday which would have been 3 weeks from order date and still have not received my products. Instead, I have received 14 emails asking me if I would like a credit, refund, or wait for items to restock. EVERY email I ask for a refund and have not gotten it. I am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge and report them for fraudulent charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! If you do not have a product available then you shouldn't take people's money. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could post the screenshots of their responses.

Spurst SCAM!!!!!

This website is a *** scam!! It looks legit but DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!! They will process everything including your credit card, billing, and shipping information and then they will not send you a confirmation email. You will, however, be able to view your account on the website and your order information will be complete with a tracking number. I called the next day about the confirmation email and told that it could not be re-sent so I should check my spam which I already had done and there was no email. The day after that they said me items have been shipped but they no longer had a tracking number...sounded like complete *** to me so I checked UPS with the tracking number from the previous day and found out the shipment was nonexistent. I never received my order! Luckily, I have screenshots of everything and I've already visited my bank to dispute the charges so that these frauds won't get a dime from me. I also plan on suing for fraud and I won't stop until these bastards shut this site down. Do not waste your time or money.

Scammers beware

I ordered 4 dresses I fell in love with. They were in stock. Another later I called asked where my shipment was and that's when the games started with back orders and out of stock. The site never said those dresses were out of stock! They will give u a hard time for a refund. The play games and I finally told them refund me my money or we will have problems. They are very unprofessional almost like the are working from their house kitchen or bathroom. I hate calling for answers and getting different responses. Next time you don't have the *** dress put a out of stock *** stamp or something. If your gonna run a business do it right. They lost me as a customer!

Spurst aweful site

I ordered an outfit for my boyfriends birthday, i got an email saying it's been shipped and the estimated delivery date would be June 8th the day after his birthday. I kept checking and it never showed up then i checked it said delivered on the 7th which it never was. I wrote them about it and they just make me feel like they dont believe I didnt recieve like they are calling me a liar. Any way they refuse to refund me or resend the outfit, then they said packages get lost alot i should have requested to recieve it by Fed Ex is'nt that your job so my package doesnt get lost grrrrr very angry customer wont be shopping here again.

Fraud

This is a horrible online company. I purchased 4 items. Two of the lingerie packages were previously opened packages - one missing a lace, the other completely stretched out at the neckline. I made attempts to phone - close, busy, 15 min wait, 15 minute wait no movement up the recorded cue, busy. I e-mailed them - no response. I mailed the package to return 2 of 4 items, paid for tracking and lost the tracking number. Still no credit to my account. Company then said I never returned the item and refused the $24 refund. Plus $6 for ship return. Go somewhere else.

Spurst lingerie order VERY late

I ordered some lingerie for my wife on Spurst.com . I wanted us to use it on our vacation, and we were leaving within a week. So, I used the 3 day shipping. On the 4th business day (6th calendar day), no package and not even an email from Spurst giving me a tracking number or letting me know what was happening with the status of my package. I go to their website and talk to a livechat customer service representative. She was very helpful, but I am upset about the news she had to give me. The item was out of stock until the 3rd business day after I placed the order, and they didn't even get my package shipped out until the 4th business after the order was placed. So NOW it will be 3 MORE days (but still including today). A grand total of 6 business days (9 calender days) on what was supposed to be a 3 business day event. It is coming the day we leave for our vacation now. I hope it gets here in time as this is the first vacation my wife and I have taken since our honeymoon. If buying online, don't buy through Spurst unless you have no deadline. There prices are reasonable, but they are not organized. They should have told me the item was currently out of stock on the website so I didn't get my hopes up.

After specifying the date that I needed my items, a phone rep charged me more for expedited shipping with the promise that my items would arrive by that day (or sooner). Turns out EVERYTHING I ordered was on backorder (or so they say), and today is the day they should have been here.

It took two hours on the phone, but I finally got everything refunded... not before another rep tried to swindle me out of my shipping refund.

Absolute jerks. This company is not trustworthy.
