My complaint is not about the product...granted I never did receive it. My complaint is about the customer service representative, the managers, and returns dept.

If I knew I would be dealing with disrespectful, incompetent, simple minded, challenged people, I would have never purchased these items.

I believe in keeping the customer happy and helping out as much as possible and if at the end of our conversation, I could not help them, then I know I will direct them to someone who can.

I would not hang up on them, I would not be chewing gum or answering my cellphone while speaking to this customer, I would never raise my voice or start to argue with a customer, but then again I wasn't taught to act like a wild animal as it seems they were.
