I put in an order for a corset.The status of my package remained as "ready to ship" for days.

When I contacted customer support they insisted that my package had already shipped. I continued to wait and wait, and finally I logged in one day to see the items that I had bought were on "backorder". So were they shipped or not? Apparently not.

Waiting for them to come out of backorder would have dropped me out of protection from Paypal. I contacted Spurst to cancel my order and get my money back, but they ignored me.

I've since filed a claim through Paypal, whom is handling everything for me now.

If you want to try your luck order through Paypal only.At least you have 45 days of protection.

Monetary Loss: $42.
