Awful

Awful awful awful, I ordered and needed to change one thing if my payment information, so i called them and they left me on hold for 4 HOURS! That may seem crazy but i was trying to avoid them charging me incorrectly so i felt itbto be important.No lie they never answered just sat my phone down and listened to music.

Then I tried to contact online fail once again. They double charged me for a $90 order! An I have been waiting over a month for a refund on the second charge!

They have awful service and rude employees. I will never order from them again and don't advise anyone to try it!

Scam Run

I got some items in there on January 11 2**** didn't got any confirmation email or anything I even file a complaint on the website ,saying they would contact me as soon as possible I wait until Monday afternoon call them and my suspicious became more realist the costumer service did not said the company name or any greeting for the manner, I told them my name and my email address they explain that they had my email wrong would fix it then send me my confirmation email and all my lingerie was on the way. they did not! instead I could not get on my account my email and password did not work, worst my purchases all gone like I was new costumer and after that a receive a email saying my purchases was on hold unbelievable . Don't buy from them run they are a scam !I know they are cheap but don't fall for it!

I called Spurst and waited for the representative to state the business name because I was extremely suspicious after reading about someone's experience convincing them (and I) that this entire site is a scam. She did recite her intro, and then thanked me for calling Spurst.

This was somewhat reassuring but I was still appalled from my entire experience with itmes not received as well as no email confirmations of all important updates! I explained my concern and she asked me to pull of the confirmation number to my orders. I complained that I did not recieve any emails from spurst whatsoever. She interrupts me, arguing that either the email was in my spam folder, or I failed to see it!!!

I assured her that there was NO email. I eventually located the tracking number by just signing into my Spurst account. She explains that one out of my two itmes purchased was sold out, so the owner cancelled it. I questions the other item I ordered that was not refunded to my account of recieved at my house.

She said the 'lady' forgot to press 'ship' when she cancelled my first order!!! I was shocked she had the balls to tell me that. You are running a business and you simply forgot to press SHIP? Well golly, good *** thing that I called!!!!!

(I asked if this was a family owned company, and she confirmed that it was.) She did relieve the situation some, by offering 2-3 day shipping so I can receive ASAP (she offered a refund as well, but I still wanted the item)... I'm still a bit flustered by all this nonsense and boggled with how someone can run a business like this.

I'm positive they would have never contacted me... What did they think, that I was just going to FORGET about my purchases, and keep the money!??!

I bought two items from spurst, noticed neither recieved for quite some time. My bank account showed a refund for one of the items i purchased.

No call, no verfication email for both purchase and refund. No updates for the other item i ordered. I am not sure if they refunded me for it because i got a new debit card.

Im pretty furious and feeling like a fool after i have seen these reviews. I cant believe their website is still active, if these people did pursue legal action.

I had the same experience. Ordered items..they charged my credit card.

Never shipped anything and have now locked me out of my account.

They will be reported.

I am currently waiting on a package from Spurst that has been "lost" for a month. They said they opened an investigation on it, but its LITERALLY has been a month and no has a single clue where my items are.

I don't know what to do now and I am pissed off! Im never going to get my package.
