I had a photo shoot on the i ordered from them on the 3rd on the order said would ship in 3-4 business days.....Got an email on the 6th saying shipped thought nothing of it till i got an email saying that it wasn't going to be delivered till the 11th the day of the photo shoot......called them up they said there was nothing that they could when i got the goods i called and said i wanted to return them they said to return to sender and not open the package.......well i did that and now they say there is nothing they can do because i don't have a tracking number they also said it was 5-7 business days for shipping because is didn't pay the extra shipping i told her thats not what it said on the website she then said it was in the fine print. So i said what tracking number you said to return to sender?

Their response is sorry there is nothing they can do so now i have not goods and I'm out $117!!!!! Such disrespect and poor customer service when i asked them why didn't they mail a return to sender label in the package she changed the topic!!!!! I told them they need a different return policy because the one they have is shady!!!!!!!

On the length of time it took to get the package they said they were closed at the time they took the order and that they couldn't ship it till monday funny since they sure had the time to charge my credit card on the friday!!! Just don't buy from them!!!!

Monetary Loss: $117.
