Spurst has the WORST customer service I've EVER encountered. I ordered a bustier from them which was obviously too large once I received it.

I sent it back immediately without even trying it on. They did not accept the return because they said there was deodorant stains on it. FALSE!!! They said they would call me at a specific date and time to discuss the matter, they called me 4 days later.

I finally gave up going back and forth with them and told them to just ship the product back to me, then they wanted to charge me for shipping! There was ABSOLUTELY no reason to reject my return in the first place, AND then to charge me to ship it back to me, NO WAY!

Very pissed off, I called them and the manager agreed to waive the shipping fee. I will NEVER buy from the company again.

Monetary Loss: $63.
